The Mighty MOS DEF!

I was very fortunate enough to meet Yasiin Bey a.k.a MOS DEF and his family last year while he was down in Melbourne for an Australian tour. The whole of last year I worked for a denim company, having enough of the head office dramas and bullshit, i went back to retail and was at the Lee flagship store on Melbourne’s famous shopping district, Chapel st.

Mos, his wife and daughter came in to our store looking for some jeans but obviously we did not have them, as Mr. Mos has got really great style and it was some next level steez for real. Due to my awesome customer service and me flipping out/losing my shit in front of his family, his lovely wife offered me a couple of backstage passes for his gig on that night with super V.I.P access!
