DOSNOVENTA Bikes welcomes Andrea to the Pro team! Congrats homieeee! kinda saw it coming actually. Stoked! Anyway here’s Skilly with his Dosnoventa Tokyo model.
Wu-Tang Clan‘s Raekwon teams up with Affinity Cycles to design three custom bikes to be auctioned off. Recognizable by the rap group’s black and yellow, the proceeds from the sale of the bikes will go toward helping those affected by Hurricane Sandy and as such, the bikes are painted with some of New York City’s hardest hit areas: Staten Island, Rockaway, Red Hook and Coney Island.
On the technical side, the base is an Affinity Kissena frame with custom 88mm carbon rims hand-laced to Gran Compe hubs. The winner of each bike will be able to choose their size as well as either tubular or clincher rims. They can also expect some of the following parts: an Affinity R/T crank set, a Truvativ bb, Tange track bars, a Thomson stem and seat post, All City track grips, a Fizik Arione saddle, a FSA headset, Conti tires, Mks pedals and clips, and Toshi double straps.

My good mate/ex boss Nick Mahoney, owner of Saint Cloud in Melbourne recently brought in some new Fixed Gear Freestyle frames and Joshy(in the photo) from MBASE, is now officially riding the Pagan for Saint Cloud. The frame comes in 2 different wheel size fitments, 26″ inch and 700c. Head down to the Saint Cloud site to check out more detailed photos and specs.
Congrats homie! can’t wait to see some new edits of you throwin’ it down!
Props to Jimbob for the rad photo! MBASE CREW!
Got on FB this morning and someone posted this rad photo of my mate Andrea from Milan, Italy.
I met Andrea in Melburn while he was on the Soulsearchers Australian tour about 2 years ago, He is one of the most inspiring dudes to me personally. Homie is a Triathlete and he recently finished the IronMan 70.3 series, Ironman 70.3 races consist of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56-mile bike and a 13.1 mile run and the pic below was taken not long after he won the title.
He rides track, road, MTB, runs, swims, a photographer, videographer, heaps of sick and funny tattoos, straight edge for life, one of the raddest dudes i’ve ever met. I even remember seeing him in a couple of the Cinelli ads last year.
Maddd props to you brother!
Happy Birthday Benny Tatts! Homie is the one at the front with the colorful DEROSA if I’m not mistaken, just not too sure as he’s got a mad collection of EDDY MERCX… Have an awesome day dude and props for making it into COG magazine!
It’s that time of the year again folks! So gutted that this is the first SNKRFRKR swap meet ill be missing, this year it will be at the same venue as last year in Federation Square, Melbourne City. In conjunction with CARBON which will be on the 28th – 29th April but the swap meet is free entry and open to public. My good mate Hans DC is the organizer, hit him up for deets or hit the jump!
Finally! Some detailed pictures and info of the HOLD FAST Prototype 29’er.
Hit the jump for more details, bike check and a review of the frame. BMOREFIXED
New Saint Cloud kits! The boys are currently riding from Melbourne – Sydney. The other time, a few mates from Cranky Sundays crew took off and only got back like a week later and not all of them made it. Even those who did, took awhile to recover.
Let’s see how long this crew takes! Nick(owner of the shop) left with Tristen, Yake and James. This time, they are also doing it to raise money for cancer. For donations and more details of the ride, The Victoria Cancer Council.
GO! Team SAINT CLOUD! Check out the blog for more pics of the ride.
This is dope! I remember last year my homie Benny(Golden Boy) posted on facebook something about local riders to help out for a music video shoot, really had no idea that it was gonna be this good! Great job to the guys that are responsible for this video as they captured a little ‘hint’ of Melbourne’s cycling/fixed scene pretty spot on!
The ‘talents’ did an awesome job too! Benny and Lane but that’s just them doing their daily job thing as couriers though. The other dude ‘Tip Rat’ with the Saint Cloud tee is Lane, i’ve raced a couple of alley cats in Melburn and these 2 are easily the fastest dudes in Melburn. I think Lane got 8th place in last years CMWC (Cycle Messenger World Championships) and thats pretty fuckin gnarly! It’s also great to see Benny still rocking our MBASE sticker, can’t believe that shhits been on those forks for more than 2 years now!
Large ups to all my Melburn peeps.
The homies holding it down at DISC, tuesday night track racing. Benny tatts(on the left) is one fast dude on a bike!
Fuckkkk Yes! Prolly covered the ‘Hate’ track bike! Met John Prolly when he was down in Melburn last year n he was there again a couple of weeks ago. This time he took some rad pics of Ryan’s bike parked at the side of a street, honestly i really miss seeing mates bikes randomly parked all over town.
HATE FOR THE WORLD!
Sunday Sesh 1-22-12 from JBall on Vimeo.
Fuckin miss sunday sessions with my homies, just rollin’ out to random spots around Melbourne was pretty damn fun.

My most favorite LOW// in the world, Edward’s Low built by Nick. No doubt one of the best bikes in Melburn town, more pics and details at the Saint Cloud Blog.
Low Bicycles hand made in Frisco.
A rad photo of Joshy pulling a 180 to long steezy slider out, all thanks to Dallas for putting his bike down and pulling his camera out during sessions. Fucking miss the crew, MBASE FO’ LYF!
The new 26″ Fixed Gear Freestyle bike from Durcus One. This particular bike in the pic is one of their rider Marco’s and the KILLIN’IT is his signature frame. Candy red looks sick and what a tough setup. You can get one from W-BASE or just contact an authorised dealer.

Can’t wait to ride this bike in a skatepark.
