What a dope track and this video, totally reminded me of all the awesome times i had there the last 8 years living in Melbourne City. Met GMC and his crew about 4 years ago, a good mate of mine Weezy use to manage local artists under the same label they were signed to or something like that. Anyway what i wanted to say was, these homies are all really awesome dudes and they’re funny as!

I remember at that time they were running a night called ‘Hip-Hop Comedy’ at a club where i use to work and it was fucking awesome! There was stand up comedians, live hip hop performances and Heezy was killlllling it! The alter ego of Ken Hell(X & Hell) ‘Take It Easy Heezy’, spits the funniest shhit in a full on aussie wog accent. Now thats some real funny shhit right there!

FOB Crew(Fresh off the boat) is GMC, Justice, Kaos, Simon Sez and another dude. Years ago they released a track called ‘Don’t wanna be an asian’ with Big Pun’s ‘Don’t wanna be a player’ instrumentals on the background, that shhit is the joint! Found the old FOB Mixtape on their Myspace, you gots to check it!

MNWKA’s latest collaboration!

I haven’t really seen the BE@RBRICK around for a while now, untill i got back to Asia! I use to collect these little vinyl figures but that was aaaaaaaages ago, but I have to say this has to be one of the best designed Bearbricks out there, or maybe i’m just saying that cos i’m a Mishka head?! But definitely stoked about this as it’s been a while since Medicom Toy collaborated with a Streetwear brand and now that the whole vinyl toy hype has died down.

Anyway, you can cop these now from Project1/6 but they’re only available in Japan at the moment, just wait for a bit as they will be dropping at selected BE@RBRICK accounts worldwide on May 12th.
