Smokable Songbook!

This is off the hook! Snoop Dogg will be releasing a ‘Smokable Songbook’ entirely made out of hemp, the spine is made out of matchbox surface and the lyric filled pages are printed on rolling papers. It is pretty much a promo item for Snoop’s Kingsize Slim Rolling Papers and will be sold at Coachella on the 20th of April, which Snoop will be headlining on the final night of the festival.

They will be releasing this on limited quantities online soon. Which is totally on my watch list!

Smile Rock Ride

The publishers of  Hot Bike Japan (HBJ) magazine recently released a photo book featuring shots of Venice Beach and Southern California life circa ’69 to ’74 by legendary photographer Akira Kobayashi.

The sick shots are one thing and the nonsense English is another, but get this – the concept and art design of the photo book was lead by one Shinsuke Takizawa, head designer and owner of the NEIGHBORHOOD brand.
